My clients train multi-dimensionally to be functionally fit for everyday tasks. They develop the cardiorespiratory endurance, strength, stamina, speed/reaction time, flexibility, power, coordination, accuracy, agility, and balance for optimal well-being. By focusing on client interests, sport preferences, and abilities, I keep motivation high and workouts fun.

Research-based wellness plans.

I follow the latest research to create personalized wellness plans for good health and longevity, disease and injury prevention, functional fitness, and stress reduction. To maintain an active, independent lifestyle, it is important to follow a regular wellness plan before serious functional limitations arise. Visit the RESEARCH menu tab to learn more.  

My credentials.

I hold certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, YogaFit, and Silver Sneakers. I am a college instructor and national conference presenter on wellness topics.
